Things to Do with your Match

Woundering what kind of fun stuff you and your little can do?
Here are a few helpful hint!

  1. Attend a craft fair (Trade Shows and Exhabitions)
  2. Attend a theatre performance
  3. Bake a pizza and/or your favourite cookie recipe
  4. Build Lego and a model (house, car, boat, etc.)
  5. Build a snow fort and make a snowman
  6. Catch butterflies or lighting bugs, find insects
  7. Decorte your Christmas tree
  8. Try to creat jigsaw puzzle and play with your little/mentee
  9. Plant a garden together
  10. Draw pictures and color together
  11. Do some painting- a fence, a picture, a face
  12. Do some woodwork and build a bird's house, feeder, etc.
  13. Do arts and crafts (kniting, cross stiching, making a mask, etc)
  14. Go fishing
  15. Find something your little/mentee has never tried or food she/he has never eaten and try it together
  16. Get a book for the library on science experiments or crafts
  17. Get your little/mentee to direct you to your destination by using a map
  18. Go bowling
  19. Go pick strawberrys or Apples
  20. Go cheer little/mentee at one of his/her games
  21. Go downhill or cross country sking
  22. go for a hike on the nature trails
  23. Go bike riding
  24. Go watch outdoor and indoor games (Soccer, hockey, basketball, etc)
