We gladly accept usable soft items such as men’s, women’s, children’s clothing and shoes. Hats, mitts, scarves, ties, nylons, socks, underwear! Personal accessories like purses, wallets, fanny packs, bags! Bed and towels, sheets, blankets, pillow, curtains, tablecloths

How does it work?

All items collected are sold to Value Village in the Okanagan. The company partners with non-profit organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters by purchasing and reselling donated items. This process allows BBBS to focus on collecting goods rather than having to undertake the expense of sorting or running a store ourselves. As up to half of all donations are unsuitable for sale, over 220 million pounds of clothing, shoes, toys etc are shipped off to developing nations each year. More items going to people who need them and staying out of our landfills.
