Our agency is always looking for Special Event Volunteers.   These individuals are the people that help out and make our events as successful as possible.  Special Events Volunteers help out with the following activities/events.

Galaxy Film Festival: Once a year we need volunteers to help collect tickets, serve pop and popcorn, supervise children watching movies and most of all help clean up all the popcorn spills! This is a fun event with lots of happy excited children. November 21, 2008.

Bowl for Kids Sake: Bowl for Kids Sake is one of the largest fundraisers for our agency.  To make this event successful we need volunteers to help with the registration table. For more information about the 2009 Bowl for Kids Sake visit our BFKS Website under events. February 19 and 23, 2009.

Grand Valley Duck Race: From January-May  our agency is  in need of volunteers to sell tickets for the Grand Valley Duck Race.  All the set-up and take down is done for you.. All we need is for you to come and sit at the table for a couple hours.  Volunteers must be 19 years of age or older and must have a completed Criminal record search with the agency.

Recruitment Booths: Throughout the year our agency holds recruitment booths at various events and venues around town.  We are always looking for volunteers who are willing to sit at our booth and help us spread our message
