To start the process of your child joining our agency:

1. You can download an application form here Little Brother Little Sister application . If you have any questions or trouble answering the questions please feel free to contact our office at 519-941-6431.

2. Once completed the forms can be dropped off at our office located in the basement of the Lord Dufferin Centre 32 First Street Orangeville. Or they can be faxed to 519-942-8731.

3. An agency staff member will call you to book your interview and start the screening process.

The enrolment process involves an application, interview and child safety training.  Our caseworkers will assist you to enroll your child in one of our mentoring programs.
