We have set a target that will push us to expand our current knowledge, skill, service delivery, financial, structural, and leadership capacities. Our success in achieving the goals of our most recent strategic plan gives us the confidence that if we aim high and work hard, we can serve more kids. We believe that if a strategic plan doesn't push us beyond our current operational capability, it isn't a good enough plan.
