RBC Foundation, the philanthropic arm of RBC Financial Group, generously supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada’s Service Staff Delivery Training for our member agencies, as well as several of our local agencies with events and programs. Service Staff Delivery Training is an essential program that ensures child safety and the delivery of quality mentoring matches by training new front line agency staff in the use of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada’s Service Standards.
