Avon Canada, the company for women, created the String of Hearts bracelet for a new line of fashion and cosmetics focused on young women called mark. The lovely charm bracelet was sold to raise money to further expand and develop Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada’s newest mentoring program, Go Girls! Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds.

In its first year, the proceeds from the sales of the String of Hearts bracelet totaled more than $50,000 and provided seed money to four member agencies to launch a new Go Girls! program.
