Vintage Hotels’ Big Impact

Vintage Hotels has been a valuable partner and supporter of Big Brothers Big Sisters, providing generous multi-tiered support since early 2007.

Vintage Hotels, a chain of luxurious hotels located in Niagara-on-the-lake, has supported Ontario agencies in their Bowl for Kids’ Sake campaigns by offering $5,000 worth of incentive prizes each year, which is a great help to our agencies in generating awareness and raising more funds for the BFKS event, as well as our mentoring programs. These prizes provide a wonderful opportunity for participants to win amazing experiences such as spa treatments, accommodation at any one of their properties, and more.

In addition to this wonderful support for our premier fundraising event, Vintage Hotels also provides support to the National office, as well as support via an annual Mother-Daughter Tea which takes place at the Prince of Wales Hotel where a portion of each adult booking is donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Vintage Hotels has also provided generous support over the years to the local Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Catharines-Thorold and District agency. In addition to its financial support and in-kind donations, the employees have put in priceless hours at the local agency with two of their staff volunteering their time on the agency’s Board of Directors, encouraging their staff to give of their time and serve as mentors, providing bowling teams for BFKS, providing space at their properties for meetings and events at substantially reduced costs, and much more – plus each year, Vintage Hotels proudly hosts Wine, Women & Style in support of the Go Girls! program.

Vintage Hotels continues to go above and beyond their support of Big Brothers Big Sisters and the children we serve across the country! Their generous financial support, as well as the personal engagement and time of individual employees of Vintage Hotels has augmented the positive work done by Big Brothers Big Sisters and has made a measurable difference.

A BIG thank you from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada and its agencies to Vintage Hotels for believing in the impact of mentoring and for making a positive difference in the lives of our nation’s youth.
