Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Fort St John believes in the power of friendship!

Our volunteer mentors (Bigs) spend time with children (Littles) from our community, building friendships and experiencing the magic of everyday moments.

That's what Big Brothers and Big Sisters is all about....building futures through friendships!!  Everyone needs someone to laugh with, share dreams with and just hang-out with.................. with friends it's the little things that mean the most and we are proud to be a part of this process!!

Our Mission:

"To offer the youth of our community support and empowerment through our exceptional mentoring programs and the friendships of our caring, responsible volunteers".

Our Purpose:

“To work towards the goal of ensuring that every child in our community, who needs a mentor, has a mentor, while continuing to expand our services to meet the needs of the children living in the Fort St John area”.
