Our 2007 BOWL FOR KIDS SAKE ~ "Rock'n to the 50's" was a HUGE Success!!

Poodle skirts, leather coats and slicked back hair are just a few of the memorable sights from the event which took place on Sunday, April 29th.   30 teams came out to bowl and had a "rock'n" time, jiving to raise money for "kids sake".  In turn, we raised nearly $29,000.00, all of which will go right back into our community through services and programs offered by our agency!! 

Why do we hold an annual Bowl for Kids Sake event?

Many are not aware that Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Fort St. John does not receive any government funding, nor do we receive dollars from our National office.  We are funded solely by our fundraising efforts and the care and generosity of our local community members.  It is truly the support of the community that ensures that our programs continue to operate year after year.
