Cynthia Webber - Executive Director - Cynthia has been working at the Innisfail Agency since the fall of 1991. She has a BA in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Calgary. She takes care of the administration, staff support, funding proposals, reports, community development, parent group and a few other details. Lucille Paquette-Lohmann - In-School Mentoring Caseworker for Innisfail - Lucille is the grassroots of the agency, starting it in 1987 in the Lions Club meeting room at the Henday Mall. She has a Social Work Diploma from Red Deer College. We are happy to still have her with us after so many years. Lucille takes care of the In-School Mentoring program in Innisfail and a few traditional matches that started out in school. Teresa Ainscough - Outreach Caseworker - Teresa takes care of In-School Mentoring programs in Penhold, Bowden and SpruceView as well as traditional matches in Innisfail. She has a BSc in Human Ecology (Family Studies) from the University of Alberta. She is especially creative in finding new ideas for recruiting volunteers. Linda Doering - Program Assistant -Linda has her Diploma in Social Work from Red Deer College. She has experience working and volunteering in many capacities, especially with children through both school and church. Linda plans group activities, organizes the office and fundraises through Bowl for Kids. Leslie Cooper-Shand - Caroline Mentoring Program Caseworker - Leslie is a High-School teacher who has taken time away from teaching to work on her Masters Degree in Education on-line and care for her 4 young children. She is hoping to develop the Teen Mentoring program in Caroline. Summer Fun Program Coordinator - Every spring we hire a university student to coordinate our July Summer Fun Program, Junior Volunteer Program, and Kids and Kops Program.
